What Sirmor's getting at is this, if everybody "only listened" then there would be no talking and thus no communication, you let one guy "just listen" and others tend to see the slack and follow suit being lazy and less effective making the team less effective overall. Yes its just a game but if we all took that attitude then we'd just be a shit PMC now wouldn't we?
